Anthony joined PPS in 2000 after graduating from The University of Rochester, where he received degrees in Finance and Health & Society.
After spending over 15 years building his practice as a retirement plan specialist for a major firm, Anthony co-founded PPS Retirement Advisors in 2017. He also serves as President of PPS Pension Services, a third party administration company founded in 1968.
Anthony's expertise in the field has been recognized nationally many times over the years. He's been named to the Financial Times Top 401 Retirement Plan Advisors* in America and multiple times as a Plan Advisor Top 100 Retirement Plan Advisors in America.**
PPS Retirement Advisors has also been named to the National Association of Plan Advisors listing of the Top Defined Contribution Advisory Teams in America*** many times.
Anthony is a Life & Qualifying member of the Million Dollar Roundtable and has achieved both Court of the Table and Top of the Table status multiple times. In 2015, Anthony was a platform speaker at the Million Dollar Roundtable Annual Meeting in New Orleans, LA.
He is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and has been quoted in numerous publications on Retirement and 401K matters. He has served as the keynote speaker at National Qualified Plan Seminars on 2 occasions.
Anthony is both an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) as well as a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA). These designations are awarded to candidates who have undergone significant training and education on the roles and responsibilities of Retirement Plan Fiduciaries and the laws that govern Fiduciary issues.
Away from the office, Anthony is very involved in youth hockey in the Buffalo area. He and his wife Michelle live in Clarence Center with their sons, Noah and Alex.

*The Financial Times 401 Top Retirement Plan Advisors (2019) is an independent listing produced by the Financial Times annually. Candidates are pre-screened with requirements of advising on at least $75 million in defined contribution (DC) plan assets where DC plans represent at least 20% of total AUM. A pool of thousands is narrowed to roughly 600 candidates from which the final list is chosen. The FT 401 is based on data gathered in seven primary areas, including DC plan assets under management, growth in DC plan business, specialization in DC plan business, and other factors.
